A design consultation may be the perfect option to make sure your home interiors are heading in the right direction with your personal tastes and will consideration for future resale value.
During the consultation, we give expert advice regarding questions or concerns that you may have about your project. A color consultation is our most popular request because it’s best to choose right the first time! We do charge for the consultation, but if you decide to hire us for a longer term, we would enter into a retainer agreement and will apply the initial consultation fee towards the retainer amount. |

We are happy to address all your questions with a staging consultation. Although we are not financial experts, we understand what buyers are looking for and what creates the added value!
A staging consultation begins with a thorough walk through of your home, followed by recommendations that will optimize profit within your personal budget and set your home at the TOP OF the LIST for potential buyers. This may range from a guidance on color and/or carpet updates to furnishing edits and additions. We include recommendations pertaining to both curb AND online appeal. |
