Choosing the right interior finishes or colors can be daunting, and making the wrong selections can result in costly and frustrating mistakes. A design consultation may be the perfect option to ensure your home’s interiors are moving in the right direction—aligned with your personal tastes while also considering future resale value.

During the consultation, we provide expert guidance to address any questions or concerns you may have about your project. A color consultation is our most requested service, as it’s always best to choose correctly the first time.

We do charge for the consultation; however, if you decide to engage us for a longer-term project, we will enter into a retainer agreement and apply the initial consultation fee toward the retainer amount.

Staging Consultation

Are you concerned about “leaving money on the table” when selling your home? How much should you invest? Will you see a return on that investment? We are happy to address all of these questions through a staging consultation. While we are not financial experts, we understand what buyers are looking for and what truly creates added value.

A staging consultation begins with a thorough walkthrough of the home, followed by tailored recommendations designed to optimize profit. Recommendations may range from guidance on furnishing edits and additions to strategic home improvements—whether to implement or avoid. We also provide insight on enhancing showings and attracting potential buyers (and foot traffic) through both curb appeal and online presence.
